Project : MPH Building Type : Residential (House - Renovation) Location : Taksin 19, Bangkok Area : 450 sq.m. Located in soi Taksin 19, this 2-Storey modern-style house is over than 30 years old. The owner, who is the third generation of the family, want it to be renovated. In order to conserve the place’s atmosphere, the design has to concern about balance between old and new ambients. For the old one is keeping the house’s structure and some materials to maintain the shape and proportion of the interior space. the new one, following the owner’s preference, is adding the elements to re-build new exterior form and interior ambient that match our era.
