Project : SK62 Building Type : Residential (House) Location : Sukhumvit 62, Bangkok Area : 300 sq.m. This 3-Storey house is located in soi Sukhumvit 62, which its site has a very good location. It is possible to access both Sukhumvit road and Bangna-Trad road within 15 minutes, also there is the toll way right in front of the alley. The site is surrounded by 2-3 storeys residential buildings, very small street ( 6 metres width; that makes the neighbors get too close to each other) and small canal. Because of the context, the owners concerned about privacy but still they need natural light and ventilation. Therefore, the design has to balance between solid and void through facade design.
