Project : RPS Building Type : Commercial (Factory - Renovation) Location : Navanakorn Soi 7, Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Patumthani Area : 3,600 sq.m. There are 2 existing buildings which are A and B. On the first step of design stage, The owner want to build a rain-covering in order to connect between building A and B. But our design team has also suggested the addtional roof and facade in order to make them connected functionally. Moreover, the additional roof and facade will help the two seperate bulidings become one. The design has concerned about material weight because of limited load of the existing structure. Construction cost, process and commercial issues are the main reason why we have to keep the existing foundational structure.
