We are lookingfor for an experienced Bangkok-based Architect on a freelance/contract basis, to run a prestigious reconfiguration project in Sathorn.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in completing and coordinating construction packages independently, coordinating with contractors and running projects on site in Thailand.
Experience in office spaces and reconfigurations projects are beneficial but not compulsory.

Requirements:
• extensive experience in coordinating and developing construction drawing and tender packages independently
• extensive experience in coordination with Thai contractors
• proven track-record in site supervision of small-medium sized sites in Bangkok
