We seek a Project Manager to coordinate a web-based platform development project for an international client.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (We have office in Bangkok near BTS Silom line)

Contract & Duration: Project-based, estimated 5-6 months

Compensation: 70,000 - 120,000 THB total project fee (depending on experience; this is the total for the project, not a monthly salary)

Time Commitment: Flexible working schedule , estimating about 5-8 hours per week depending on the project phase.


Requirements:
- 4+ years experience managing web or system development projects.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience managing web-based applications or interactive platforms
- Experience working with 3D assets, WebGL, or interactive visualization projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and front-end development processes is a plus.
- Comfortable coordinating cross-cultural teams


Responsibilities:
- Coordinate directly with the client to clarify requirements and translate them into development tasks.
- Act as the coordination bridge between the Japanese client CEO, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and timeline.
- Organize and lead weekly project meetings, document outcomes, and maintain action tracking.
- Support testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Document meeting outcomes and maintain action tracking
- Use a dedicated company email account to manage and organize project communication with all stakeholders.
- Review deliverables against agreed project specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate testing cycles and feedback loops between client, developers, and vendors.
