Objective:
Using information to set standard shipping price and to select main service provider for the company.
Job details:
1. Sourcing for both international and domestic service providers,
2. Gathering information of both local and international service providers, information including
a. Duration: Actual range of service
b. Service type name – must be provide tracking number & traceable service type.
c. Price - 2 weight options
d. Additional support
i. Export document service & cost
ii. Import tax service & cost
iii. Shipment condition for skincare
iv. Others notes.
3. Total list of countries, 60 countries, divided to 4 Tiers which able to submit in 3 periods
a. Tier 1 – First Priorities > 1st Submit
b. Tier 2 – Second Priorities > 2nd Submit
c. Tier 3 & 4 - Third Priorities > 3rd Submit
